unix: add methods to manipulate *FdSet

Add Set, Clear, IsSet and Zero methods to manipulate an *FdSet. These
implement the same functionality as the FD_SET, FD_CLR, FD_ISSET and
FD_ZERO macros in <sys/select.h>.
