Nick Patavalis	7486f8ece0	unix: additional termios-related constants ... - mkerrors.sh: Included several termios-related constants that were missing. Also included definitions of tty-related ioctl numbers for linux. - zerrors_linux_*: the files have been generated using "./mkerrors.sh". After their automatic generation the files have been manually edited to remove changes that were not due to this patch. Ian Lance Taylor	8bcc2dbee4	unix: add arm64 and ppc64le build tags as needed for Go 1.4 ... Go1.4 does not recognize arm64 and ppc64le as valid GOARCH values, so we need explicit build tags.
