The cpu/go-acvp repository holding trimmed ACVP test server vectors and validated expected results was always meant to be a temporary home. It has now been migrated to geomys/acvp-testdata where it will continue to be maintained by Geomys along with the FIPS module. This commit updates acvp_test.go to use the new module location.
