This adds a number of useful comments for ChangeServiceConfig2. It looks like the MingW headers have these in two different places, awkwardly, and whoever imported these constants missed the second half of them, whereas the real Microsoft header files have them all together in one place. Download/Install
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can
also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
