Francis Laniel 43383aac90 unix: define PerfBitWriteBackward
This bit, introduced in kernel 4.7, is used to indicate a perf ring buffer will
be written backward [1].
This is mainly used for overwritable perf ring buffer.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
