Tobias Klauser 4b34438f7a unix: allow empty string argument to SetsockoptString

Don't panic with "index out of range" on empty string argument.

Follows CL 170937 which did the sane for package syscall.

Updates golang/go#31277

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
