Hao Mou 611d5d6438 windows: fix test causing checkptr failure

TestNtCreateFileAndNtSetInformationFile is failing checkptr. Fix by
using replacing [:] with [:n:n].

Fixes golang/go#49217

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
