Tobias Klauser 69e3a3a65b unix: fix TestFchmodat on illumos

Like linux/android, illumos doesn't support Fchmodat flags != 0.

The comment already mentions this, so update the condition as well now
that GOOS illumos is known.

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
