DecomposeCommandLine is documented to use CommandLineToArgv, and the CommandLineToArgvW system call inherently does not support strings with internal NUL bytes. This CL changes DecomposeCommandLine to reject those strings with an error instead of panicking. Download/Install
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can
also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
