OpenBSD (like NetBSD) uses sysctl with struct clockinfo to get clock rate information from the kernel. Add type Clockinfo and the SysctlClockinfo function to query this information. Download/Install
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can
also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
