Tobias Klauser 82aafbf43b unix: add SYS___SYSCTL on darwin/arm

Add the same workaround as already present for 386 (CL 14151), amd64 (CL
14091) and arm64 (CL 14094) on darwin.

Fixes golang/go#22839

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
