Birthtime/Birthtimespec was renamed to Btim to match the others.
Also unexport the [ACMB]tim_ext fields on freebsd 386.
Update mkpost.go to do the renames.
Ran the following on the existing ztypes_*.go files:

mv $f.tmp $f

mv ztypes_freebsd_386.go{.tmp,}

Download/Install
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can
also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
