Sebastiaan van Stijn abe0a0adba windows: replace uses of Close() with CloseHandle()

Since https://golang.org/cl/4600042, Close is a straight wrapper of CloseHandle.

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
