Tobias Klauser b4a75ba826 unix: generate linux/sparc64 go files using Docker

With cgo supporting sparc64 as of CL 102555 and CL 132155, the Docker
based build system can be used to generate file for linux/sparc64 as
well.

Updates golang/go#15282

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
