Matt Layher b9cf5f96b6 unix: add cgroupstats type and constants

The cgroupstats structure is available via Linux's generic netlink
taskstats interface.

For more information, please see:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/accounting/cgroupstats.txt.

Fixes golang/go#23388.

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
