The svc package exposes svc.SessionChange, but it's impossible to do anything with them without these structures, and without being able to enumerate them prior to events, the events themselves aren't useful, so we add the enumeration functions as well. Download/Install
The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can
also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
