Tobias Klauser fead790013 cpu: use unix.Getsystemcfg to detect POWER8/POWER9 on aix/ppc64

Tested on an aix-ppc64 gomote builder.

sys

This repository holds supplemental Go packages for low-level interactions with the operating system.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/sys. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/sys.
