Tobias Klauser c3296ef303 term: add IsTerminal function

Extracted from golang.org/x/crypto/ssh/terminal

The implementation for plan9 is based on IsTerminal from
github.com/mattn/go-isatty

Go terminal/console support

This repository provides Go terminal and console support packages.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/term. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/term.
